This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Illinois, County of Cook in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the LeeStreet.com Web Site. Use of the LeeStreet.com Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
There is a mutual understanding, intention, agreement and acknowledgment between any Tenant of any property of Lee Street Management, and Lee Street Management, that the content of this Web Site, in it's entirety, shall constitute a legally binding part of, and attachment to, any written lease that the two parties may enter together. Any and all attachments, forms, pamphlets, brochures, fliers, citations, building department inspection reports, notifications, addendums, summaries or other similarly related documents, in this html printed-text equivalent form, that may be required by any Federal, State or Local governmental body, to be personally provided to the Tenant by Lee Street Management or to be attached to any lease agreement between the two, shall be deemed so provided or so attached solely by virtue of it's inclusion in this Web Site. The whole content of this Web Site therefore, will be allowed and admitted, without contest or exception by either party, as discoverable evidence in any Court proceeding where such dutiful provision or attachment by Lee Street Management is challenged. The provisions of this paragraph are further stipulated by both parties via their recitation within the corresponding physical paper copy of the Lee Street Management lease as accepted and signed by both parties.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LeeStreet.com as a result of this Agreement or use of the LeeStreet.com Web Site. LeeStreet.com's performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of LeeStreet.com's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the LeeStreet.com Web Site or information provided to or gathered by LeeStreet.com with respect to such use. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LeeStreet.com with respect to the LeeStreet.com Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and LeeStreet.com with respect to the LeeStreet.com Web Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, APARTMENTS, AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. LEESTREET.COM, ITS AFFILIATES AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE AUTHORIZED IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THIS SITE AT ANY TIME.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LeeStreet.com, its owners, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense to or from you or any third party (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to your violation of this Agreement.
